St. Judes (Day 355 of 365)

Yesterday the kids and I went to St. Judes Ranch to assist some friends with decorating a home for the Holidays. There were so many students and so many people working on the house…that I am not sure how much we REALLY helped…but it was great to see many students working together to help make someone else’s environment for the Holidays a nice one. It was great to see!

Extraordinary Circumstances (Day 351 of 365)

I just returned home from dropping off the kiddos to their Wednesday Night Small Groups. As I was driving home, I started to realize that I have absolutely mastered collaborating and manuevering our schedule and juggling the life of a single woman raising her three children with extra special needs, working, and having a social life. Now, I said I mastered it…I didn’t say that it is exactly the most successful or peaceful way of living. To “master” (my definition) is to: make it work.
