The Little Kids Swimming! (Day 241 of 365) ENTRY 1

Wednesday, July 21st 2010

Before the kiddos left to visit their Dad we were able to get a lot of swimming in. The kids absolutely love to swim (I think they take after me with that!). I had Taylor take swimming lessons when she was 3-5 years old, and taught the twins how to swim myself. They really do quite well. It’s amazing that being in the water allows them to use muscles that they normally wouldn’t use on land.

Avoidance…(Day 240 of 365)

Tuesday, July 20th 2010

Do you ever have something to do…that needs to be done, and even looking at it…makes you exhausted? I have a load of paperwork that needs to be done for the kid’s medicaid benefits. A Post From Jorden (Day 238 of 365) ENTRY 2

Monday, July 19th 2010

Hey Blog World!

It’s me, Jorden. I thought I would just update you all on what we have been doing. Yesterday, we went and got a family picture done at the Rutledge Fire Department House with my Dad. The photographer was really cool. He made it entertaining by making us laugh and things like that. On friday dad is going to take us all out on a pawntoon boat for the whole day. Also at some point in the week or something Dad is going to shoot the B-B gun with me. We went fishing a few times with my Grammy & Pop Pop already and I think Dad is going to take us too. Things are good!

Monday, July 19th 2010

It’s been a little over a month since the kiddos have been gone to Tennessee to visit their Dad’s side of the family. Yesterday, I spoke with their Grandma (Grammy) that is taking care of them there. She told me that the kids are doing great. All three of them have been very well behaved (better then ever have). Taylor is listening much better, talking more than ever, and even seems more intelligent than ever. Erin is busy making bracelets with beads and is loving spending time with her Grammy, and Jorden is busy on the computer and enjoying the time he gets with his Dad and Brother.

Let The Bar-B-Qs Begin! (Day 237 of 365)

Sunday, July 18th 2010

Yay!  Today is my first day with my brand new backyard! For the past two years I was looking at dirt…and was patiently awaiting resources to come in in order  to complete the backyard. Patience pays! I would have given up my Bermuda trip for my new landscaping if I had too!
