The Little Life

I am really blessed you know…I always have known I was lucky and fortunate to have a wonderful family, awesome & supporting friends, a job that I absolutely love with 3 months off in the summer.  I realized today more than ever…how lucky I am to have 3 children who are who they are. I was working out at the hotel and I looked out the window to see water all around me, families laughing, people smiling, and just interaction between each other. You know…my children taught me how to appreciate all the beauty around me. At times, I get so wrapped up in life around me (the silly stuff) that I forget how magical the little things are.

At that time, I really wished the kids were here to take this all in with me, to play in the water, to run around the resort. We have never really experienced a trip like this together as a family due to finances. Someday though…someday, we will all go together.

I am including a video (like I usually do when I am traveling) because I want to share what I see or what I am doing with those that I love. You get to go on my adventure with me. There may be some out there that don’t really care nor don’t want to watch and that’s ok too. There are some things you don’t get to see…and those are the quiet times I have spent alone…reading…listening to the sounds…and really taking it all in. For now though…Enjoy Day 5!
