Well…not sure if it is long term…but it is Farewell for now. Goodbye San Diego!! I love San Diego…but time for me to head home to Vegas in a few. It is always great to get home to see my friends and I will meet with my Landscaper today so that we can choose the shrubs and then he can start my backyard at the end of this week. When I get home from Bermuda I will get be arriving home to a landscaped backyard! You have no idea how nice that will be!
The kiddos seem to be doing well. I talk to then about every other day. Jorden’s voice seems to crackle a little more each time I talk to him…I am scared to see how much taller he will be when he comes back. He was already “officially” taller than me when he left…I am sure he will be towering over me by August. Erin seems to be very happy there…she is the one I talk to the least. I am glad she is there to get the attention that sometimes here she doesn’t get. She connects with her Grammy there and I am sure that she is thoroughly enjoying that time with her. AND that leaves little Miss Tay. You never know how Taylor is doing. She says little words to me when on the phone when she is there. I ask “How are you?”…She says, “Fine”. I ask,,,”Watcha been doing?” She says, “nuttin”….etc…etc… There is a part of me that knows she misses home. However, it is good for her to be there. She needs to be there.
Well, I could procrastinate forever to avoid leaving here…but gotta get ready to head home. Thank-you Sjohnna for all your love while here! I love seeing my San Diego friends even if it is for a short time. Maybe I will come back before the kids come back. Who knows.
