Its officially a little past Midnight and I have just arrived home from a late night grocery store run to purchase Mt. Dew and oranges. Yes, I know…not the smartest choice to consume but I have found myself completely drained and feeling sick from the sun. I think I have sun poison…not sure about that…but that’s what I am guessing. All I am craving is some fluids that are cold and carbonated AND I feel like a TOTAL baby right now and want my kiddos. I guess not feeling good makes me even more lonely…
Often for gifts to our friends or family I will have the kiddos paint their own pictures and each child will sign the back, and we will frame them. The paintings always turn out so great and are always a true reflection of each of them. These pictures the kids made Jase over a year ago and I have been wanting to post a picture of them for quite some time but haven’t had a picture until now. Aren’t they the coolest paintings?! I would buy these if I saw them in a gallery.
Today is Father’s Day and I’m looking forward to spending time with my Dad. I realized tonight that I’m not so sure when my last Father’s Day with him will be. I also am grateful that my own kiddos have the opportunity to spend tomorrow with their Dad. No matter our past troubles I’m really happy that they get to love him and experience his love. To all you Dads…Happy Father’s Day!
