I’m recovering from an extremely busy weekend. Did someone tell me that I would become less busy when the kids got older? Was I dreaming? Who told me that?! Come clean please…because whomever you are…YOU WERE LYING!
Friday night the kiddos and I went to a Baseball Game to see our local Las Vegas Team, the Las Vegas 51s. My Church gave away free tickets so we saw tons of people there that we knew. Also, it was great to share one of American’s favorite past time with my own children. Memories re-surfaced of how much Baseball I watched with my Dad and brother when I was younger.
Last night, the kids, Jase, and I went with a group of friends to the Rock and Worship Rock Concert at The Orleans Casino. My friend Stephanie was able to get V.I.P tickets through her work and was able to get a box, therefore a large group of friends were able to go and take their own kiddos. It was so fun to hang out in the box and enjoy great music with awesome friends. It got me thinking, how many Mother’s have really gone to a Concert with their kids before? We’re pretty luck you know!
I always can tell when we have a crazy busy weekend, because my Little Miss Taylor has a huge challenge rising and shining the next morning. Uggg, Will she grow out of this? If you have any ideas…please share!
I may be tired from a busy weekend, and one thing is for certain…I would change it one little bit! I love that we get do the things we did this weekend! I love that I can go to a concert and rock out with my kiddos! Is that awesome or what?
