Funny Moment of the Day (FMOTD): It’s Dental Health Awareness week! Today, I was informing another Early Childhood Spec. Ed Teacher that I work with “We will be making tooth holders for an art project this week” One of my 5 year old students with autism said ,”I don’t need a tooth holder! My mouth already holds my toothes!” 
PRICELESS!
Should I say…”It’s Monday!!!”…or does that automatically create it to be manic? I was able to get the kids off without any kinks this morning. Just wasn’t able to get myself off. My car wouldn’t start! This creates a challenge for me since my job requires a working vehicle. After it wouldn’t start, I took a deep breath…called my best friend Jase and he came to get me. I dropped him off at his home and was able to get on my way. I’m grateful for him and grateful that it all worked out. In the end, it ALWAYS works out doesn’t it? It has to! It’s probably just the battery…I will look into it after work.
This weekend, I assisted with the Hope Seminar here in Las Vegas, NV. This is an amazing Personal Development Seminar that Jase holds 4-5 times a year through his Company, LifeTigers. To find out more information I recommend that you go to: www.hopetheseminar.com. It is a very intense 3 day training that helps other transform and get through the “stuff” that is holding them back. I was able to have a family friend (Danielle) watch the kids for two of the days, so that I had the opportunity to assist. This was great for the kids because they were able to have a weekend of fun of going out to eat, the pinball museum, church, and visiting other friends. On Saturday, Jase and I asked Danielle to bring Jorden, Erin, & Taylor by the conference room so the students could meet them. Jase has learned so many important life lessons from my kids and is always wishing so badly that others could have the same opportunity, so I really wanted them to come by. Check out what happens.
